It’s amazing to find a vegan kimchi that is so great.

Just a line to say how much we love your kimchi: to the point where twice now I have opened a jar on the bus ride home, much to the dismay of nearby passengers... Living on a houseboat now so not quite the kitchen space for big batches of anything (and who makes kimchi in small quantities??) so it's amazing to find a vegan kimchi that is so great.
