I was convinced it was some old Korean lady churning out these wonderful jars of kimchi

I found your kimchi in my local Whole Foods and was so pleasantly surprised to discover that it had the real depth of kimchi flavour that’s often missing in commercially-made kimchi. I’m Korean you see, and my mom is from the Jeolla province in Korea which is known for its rich and deep flavours. I’ve always had home made kimchi growing up and am somewhat of a kimchi snob. I hate restaurant kimchi and the commercially packaged ones, even the ones flown over from Korea. I’ll be honest and admit that I was shocked to find out that you’re an English man. The Kim Kong Kimchi flavour is so authentically home-made I was convinced it was some old Korean lady who was churning out these wonderful jars of kimchi!! How wrong was I!! My kids and I go through one small jar every two days (two jars when I make jjigae or bokumbap). Keep up the good work and thanks for spreading the kimchi goodness in the UK. I can’t wait to let my mom try your kimchi when she comes to visit.
